How to Cancel:
Email your order number and reason for cancellation to bodyandbraunderwearstore@gmail.com. If successful, you will receive confirmation and a refund processed according to our refund policy.
After Dispatch:
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can initiate a return or exchange following our Return Policy after delivery. Please note that certain items may have hygiene-based restrictions and are not eligible for return.
No Cancellation Fees:
Successful cancellations made within the allowed timeframe incur no charges.
