We want you to love what you wear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to make it right with a full refund, store credit, or a size exchange.
Returns
You may return your item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
How to Start a Return
- Request a Return: Email us at bodyandbraunderwearstore@gmail.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Mail Your Return: Once we confirm your return request, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the completed return form.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
We highly recommend sharing your return tracking number with us once your package is on its way. Since all returns are donated directly to women in need through our charity partners, your parcel may go straight to them instead of returning to our facility. Having the tracking number helps us confirm delivery and process your refund more efficiently.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of any signs of wear, washing, or alteration
Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that show signs of wear or alteration.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approval: If the return meets our conditions, we'll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
- Confirmation: We'll notify you by email as soon as your refund is processed.
If you don't see the refund within 15 business days after our confirmation, please contact us at bodyandbraunderwearstore@gmail.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at bodyandbraunderwearstore@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the quality of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that:
- Show signs of wear, washing, or alterations
- Are not in their original packaging
- Are returned after the 60-day window
Special Exceptions
In rare cases, we may send a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned. If the replacement also doesn't work out, both items must be returned to qualify for a refund.
We want your experience with Body & Bra to be as smooth and supportive as our garments. If you have any questions, our customer service team is always here to assist.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we offer two options:
- Free Reshipment: We're happy to send your order again at no extra cost. Simply confirm your correct shipping address, and we'll arrange for the package to be shipped again.
- Refund: If you prefer not to receive the package, we can issue a refund once it arrives at our warehouse.
Refused Packages
If a package is refused upon delivery and automatically returned to our warehouse, we offer two options:
- Reshipment: We're happy to resend your order at no additional cost. Simply confirm your shipping address, and we'll arrange for the package to be shipped again.
- Refund: If you prefer not to receive the package, we can issue a refund once it arrives at our warehouse. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping costs.
